24/7 Monitoring & Alerts

Monitoring and alerts keep users informed about strategy behavior, portfolio risk, and technical issues — even when they are not actively watching the markets.

What It Is

The monitoring module acts as a central oversight layer for all automated activity on the platform. It continuously observes trading activity, strategy status, system and API connections, as well as key account balances and risk metrics. Notifications are delivered in the user dashboard and, if configured, via Telegram and additional channels such as email.

How It Works

In the user dashboard, traders define thresholds and rules that determine when alerts should be triggered. Typical configurations include a maximum daily loss limit, sudden drawdowns beyond a defined percentage, interrupted exchange connections, or strategy and execution errors. When such conditions are met, alerts are sent to the dashboard and to Telegram, and strategies can optionally be paused or stopped automatically, depending on the user’s configuration.

Who It Is For

The monitoring and alert system is designed for users who run strategies around the clock and cannot watch the markets constantly. It supports traders who want to react quickly to unusual behavior or technical incidents. It is particularly valuable for risk-conscious users who work with clearly defined guardrails for their automated trading.

Risks It Helps Reduce

Monitoring helps reduce the risk that technical issues, failed API connections, or misbehaving strategies remain unnoticed for long periods. It supports early detection of exchange outages, connectivity problems, and execution anomalies so users can intervene or allow preconfigured safety actions to take place. It does not prevent market volatility or sudden price gaps, but it can help users respond faster and limit potential damage within the boundaries they have defined.

Connection to STB and CRA

STB provides the monitoring layer with detailed information about execution status, strategy health, and system events related to trading automation. CRA contributes risk, drawdown, and performance metrics that reflect the impact of trading activity on the overall portfolio. The monitoring and alert layer combines both data sources, presents them clearly in the user dashboard, and forwards relevant alerts to Telegram and other configured channels so users maintain control even when they are not logged in.
